Returns

To accept a return, the product should be unused, in its original packaging, and you should have proof of purchase. After we receive the item and inspect it, we will let you know if your return is approved.
Refunds
If your return is approved, your refund will be sent back to your original payment method. It may take a few working days to show in your account depending on your bank or payment service.
Exchanges
If you received a wrong or faulty product, we can also offer a replacement if the item is available. Just contact us and we will take care of it.
Important Notes
Please note that products that are used or damaged after delivery may not be accepted for return. Also, return requests should be made soon after delivery so we can help you quickly.
