Cancellation Policy
we know that sometimes you may change your mind after placing an order — that’s completely okay. We’ve kept our cancellation process simple and customer-friendly so you can shop without stress.
Cancelling Your Order
If you want to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We can only cancel orders that have not been processed, packed, or shipped yet.
Once an order moves to processing or shipping, we are unable to cancel it because it is already on its way to you.
If Your Order is Already Shipped
If your parcel has already been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible. However, you can still contact us after delivery if you need help with returns or exchanges (if eligible).
Refunds for Cancelled Orders
If your cancellation request is approved, we will process your refund as quickly as possible. The refund will be sent through your original payment method and may take a few working days depending on your bank or payment provider.
Important Notes
- Orders can only be cancelled before processing or shipping
- Shipped orders cannot be cancelled
- Custom or specially prepared orders may not be eligible for cancellation
